The Space
Retiro Park Industrial House was conceived as a living structure rather than a conventional house, an open, almost theatrical volume where nothing is hidden, and everything forms part of the composition.
The architecture embraces an industrial language in which exposed concrete, visible beams, metal structures, and reclaimed materials become essential elements of its identity. Large glass doors and generous windows allow abundant natural light to enter and soften the boundary between inside and outside, allowing the vegetation to become part of the environment itself.
The interior was designed with a cinematic sensibility, creating an open and fluid spatial experience in which objects can shift, and perspectives can change depending on how it is used and perceived.
Today, it opens in a curated way for temporary stays, private gatherings, small-scale events, and creative projects seeking a distinctive setting in Madrid. Above all, it is a place to truly inhabit and experience its atmosphere.
