Retiro Park Industrial House is offered as a fully furnished residence equipped with the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The house is south-facing and located in a quiet central neighborhood, approximately 600 meters from Retiro Park. The property benefits from abundant natural light, a small private garden, and a private parking space.

Capacity

The maximum capacity of the house is 6 guests. In some cases — for families or groups who may need it — it may be possible to accommodate additional guests upon request.

If needed, we can also provide a travel crib, a high chair, and a bedside bassinet that can be placed next to the main bed.

Bedrooms

The house has three bedrooms located on the upper floor.
• Main bedroom: 180 × 200 cm bed (king size) with an en-suite bathroom.
• Second bedroom: 180 × 200 cm bed (king size), sharing a bathroom with the third bedroom.
• Third bedroom: the smallest bedroom features a trundle bed (90 × 200 cm, Twin XL) that can open into two single beds (90 × 200 cm) positioned very close to each other. This configuration works well for two children or two people who are comfortable sharing the space. The beds can also be joined to form a 180 × 200 cm bed (king size) suitable for a couple.
